By accessing or using My Circle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
My Circle is a free, open-source, client-side web application that lets you share photos, posts, and files privately using your own Google Drive account as storage. The App has no backend servers — all data is stored in and served from your Google Drive.
3. Account & Access
You sign in with your existing Google account. My Circle does not create or manage accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
4. Your Data
All content you create (posts, photos, circles, collections, friend lists) is stored in your Google Drive under the mycircle/ folder.
You own your data. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of it.
You can delete all app data at any time by removing the mycircle/ folder from your Google Drive.
Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Impersonate another person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the App or other users' experience
Use the App for spam or unsolicited messages
6. VoidScroll
VoidScroll is a feature that displays videos sourced from the Internet Archive. These videos are publicly available and are not hosted by My Circle. We do not control or guarantee the availability or content of these videos. If you encounter inappropriate content, please use the Report Video feature.
7. Sharing & Privacy
When you share content with friends or circles, you are using Google Drive's native sharing permissions.
You are responsible for who you share content with.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create.
By sharing content with other users, you grant them permission to view that content through the App.
9. Disclaimers
My Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for data loss — your data is subject to Google Drive's terms and availability.
We are not liable for content shared between users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Circle and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
